Our History
Flourish Orlando was founded as Florida Pulmonary Research Institute/Clinical Site Partners (CSP) in 2003, by Faisal A. Fakih, MD, a board-certified Pulmonologist, published and highly respected Thought Leader in the Respiratory landscape, and Ana T. Marquez.
Dr. Fakih felt conducting research on the latest investigational products gave patients better control over their medical treatments via options not available in a traditional way. The founders wanted to build a reputable research site focused on the needs of the community. We take great pride in helping those around us via the innovations and medical advancements brought about by clinical research.
