Our History
Flourish Boca Raton began as Excel Medical Clinical Trials in 2015, founded by Seth J. Baum, MD, FACC, FACPM, FAHA, FNLA, FASPC. Dr. Baum is Flourish’s Chief Medical Officer. As Principal Investigator in novel drug development, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of therapeutics in disease states ranging from ultra-rare to common. Our team has years of experience in research at the finest academic institutions, they emphasize and deliver care and precision in the conduct of all our clinical trials.
