William Johnston MD

William Johnston, MD retired from clinical practice after 42 years with Birmingham Pediatric Associates where he had done clinical research for over two decades and has since continued to do research at Flourish Research – Birmingham.  

 While practicing Pediatrics, Johnston, MD received multiple awards as a top physician. He was almost always in the Birmingham’s Best top 3 pediatricians, often number one. He was on the front cover of Birmingham Magazine with one of his patients in their Best in Birmingham edition in 2004.  

 He has served on multiple boards in his community, mostly for children with special needs and for his hospital.
