Robert Meyer MD, FACP, CPI

Robert Meyer, MD, FACP, CPI is a Principal Investigator at Flourish Research, based at the Orlando site. He brings extensive experience in internal medicine and clinical research, with a strong focus on high-quality study execution and patient care.

Dr. Meyer earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University and a Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Albany Medical College. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

He was in private practice for over 20 years. After serving as Core Faculty and launching the Internal Medicine Residency Program as Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Meyer has focused exclusively on his passion for clinical research since 2019. He has experience in clinical research across multiple therapeutic areas including neurodegenerative, cardiometabolic, endocrine and pulmonary disease, NASH/MASH, obesity, pain and vaccines.
