Robert E. Conway

Robert E Conway served as the Chief Executive Officer of Array BioPharma (Nasdaq: ARRY) from 1999 to 2012. Array is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of targeted therapies to treat cancer and inflammatory diseases. Array was acquired by Pfizer in 2019.

Prior to joining Array, Mr. Conway was the Chief Operating Officer of Hill Top Research, Inc., a clinical research services company, from 1996 to 1999. He also held various executive positions for Corning Inc. (NYSE: GLW) including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Corning Hazleton, Inc. (Covance), a contract research organization, from 1979 to 1996.

Mr. Conway is a member of Genstar Capital’s Strategic Advisory Board focused on healthcare and serves on the board of directors of Signant Health and Flourish Research. He has served as Chairman of ARCA Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABIO) a biopharmaceutical company developing genetically targeted therapies for cardiovascular diseases, Wall Family Enterprise and ClinOne, Inc. Mr. Conway has served on the board of directors of Alpine Inmmunosciences (Nasdaq: APLN) Nivalis Therapeutics, Inc., (Nasdaq: NVLS), eResearch Technology, Inc. (Clario) and PRA, Inc. (ICON).
