Ophelia Hill, an established HR strategic executive partner with over 20 years of experience, has helped shape the core HR employee programs at multiple companies. She has extensive employee relations experience, providing training, development, and performance management coaching. At Parexel, she streamlined a new framework for a companywide high-performing culture rollout to implement the newly defined mission, vision, and values. She championed the transformation of HR into a department that proactively contributed to achieving key business results. Prior to that, she served as the labor relations liaison at NEXTera Energy, providing expert-level consultation and interpretation of bargaining unit contracts.

Ophelia is a results-focused leader who has helped companies channel the full potential of their most valuable assets – their people.

Ophelia holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (Global Management Concentration) from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified mediator and holds Advanced Consulting and Crucial Conversation certificates.
