Keith Martino

Mr. Martino has over twenty years of experience in pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical service industries. From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Martino served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Biopharma Services Group at Cardinal Health. These pharmaceutical services businesses consisted of a Regulatory Affairs consulting business, a Real World Evidence (RWE) and commercialization support business, Sonexus (patient access HUB) and the Cardinal Health Third Party Logistics (3PL) business.

Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. Martino was an Operating Partner at a private equity firm where he focused on pharmaceutical services, from 2017 to 2020. From 2015 to 2017 he was the Vice President, US Immunology for the institutional business at Baxalta through its acquisition by Shire PLC with responsibility for the plasma derived therapies portfolio. He also spent over ten years at Abbott/AbbVie where he served as General Manager, HUMIRA for the U.S. Institutional markets.

Mr. Martino currently serves on Genstar’s Strategic Advisory Board and advises the firm in the area of healthcare. He also serves as a Board Director on Flourish Research, Signant Health and AssistRx.
