Donald Fabacher MD

Dr. Fabacher, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 14 years of clinical experience. His practice focuses on ambulatory medicine, urgent care, and weight management.

Fabacher, MD earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency at East Jefferson General Hospital.

He maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Jefferson Parish Medical Society. Dr. Fabacher is also a published author, including Dr. Fabacher’s Weight Loss Journal: Keep Track of Your Weight Loss Journey.
