Brooke Evans RN

Brooke Evans is a seasoned leader in the clinical research industry with over 20 years of global experience including site operations, strategic development, process optimization, program/project management, study coordination, and nursing. She excels in defining and executing strategic plans for clinical site networks, leadership team development, and change management.

Most recently, Brooke was chief growth officer at Flourish Research. Prior to that, she headed the Global Site Network at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES), a business of PPD, a leading global research organization. In this role, she directed over 45 sites in the US and LATAM. She also served as the Head of Business Information at AES, leading the site network business strategy initiatives, global site standards, and process optimization. Before joining AES, Brooke spent 19 years at Parexel in a wide range of roles supporting the company’s research site strategy and global project management.

A Registered Nurse, Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Nursing, and a Master of Science in Clinical Research Management and Organization.
