SENIOR SALSA!!!
On Friday April 26th, 2024 from 11am to 1pm Flourish Research will be holding Senior Salsa at Ebenezer Lutheran Church.
Senior Salsa is a 90 min activity-based program we’ve created for seniors where we present ways to maintain your brain health through daily and practical activities using a brain health program called Acti-v8 Your Brain. After this presentation our very own Ricky Mercado will lead a salsa class for attendees to show how to put these daily and practical activities into action. Acti-v8 Your Brain is a research-informed brain health program from the Global Alzheimer’s Platform Foundation.
We are looking for this program to educate and energize the community, have fun, and learn a few dances moves along the way!
