To qualify, you must:

Basic Criteria: 

• Be 18+ 

• Need a surgical procedure to repair a hernia in the groin area 

• Have moderate or severe pain 5 hours after the end of the surgery 

Participants may receive: 

• Study related care at no cost 

• Study related medical exams at no cost 

• Compensation for time and travel
