Qualified participants must:
Basic Criteria
- Are you ages 18-65?
- Are you a Healthy subject (NO MEDICATIONS)
- Have a BMI ≥ 18.0 to ≤ 32.0 kg/m2 Calculate here
- No high blood pressure
Answers Must Be No
- Any clinically important illness, medical/surgical procedure, or trauma within 4 weeks of screening.
- Any medical history of symptomatic CDI (Clostridium difficile infection) within the prior 2 years.
- Any recreational drug use.
- Plasma donation within one month of the Screening Visit.
- Any blood donation/blood loss > 500 mL within the last 3 months.
Answers Must Be Yes
- Participants must abstain from consuming products containing poppy seeds during certain times of study.
- Participants should abstain from alcohol for 72 hours prior to screening visit.
- Participants must not smoke for 1 hour before screening visit.
- Must be okay with not smoking during confinement period.
- Participants will abstain from strenuous exercise for 72 hours prior to screening visit.
- Women of childbearing potential must be on a highly effective method of birthcontrol.

- Combined (estrogen and progestogen containing) hormonal contraception associated with inhibition of ovulation:
− Oral.
− Intravaginal.
– Transdermal.

- Progestogen only hormonal contraception associated with inhibition of ovulation: − Oral
− Injectable.
− Implantable.

- Intrauterine device.
- Intrauterine hormone releasing system.
- Bilateral tubal ligation or bilateral tubal occlusion.
- Vasectomized partner (only acceptable provided that partner is the sole sexual partner of the participant and that the vasectomized partner has received medical assessment of the surgical success).
- Sexual abstinence is defined as refraining from heterosexual intercourse during the entire period of risk associated with the IMP. It is only acceptable if preferred and usual lifestyle of the participant.
- In addition, a barrier method must also be used ie, condom (without spermicidal foam/gel/film/cream/suppository or fat or oil containing lubricants); or occlusive cap (diaphragm or cervical/vault caps) with spermicidal foam/gel/film/cream/suppository.
- Periodic abstinence, the rhythm method, and the withdrawal method are not acceptable methods of contraception.
- Males must be willing to refrain from the donation of sperm.
- Males must use condoms as a method of birth control.
- Additional criteria will apply.
