Renal Impairment Self-Scheduler

To qualify for this study, participants must:

• Be 18 to 75 years old

• BMI of ≥18.0 to <40.0 kg/m2  [to calculate:Click here]
• Total body weight must be greater than 110 pounds (50 kg)
• Be in good general health with the exception of renal impairment or related diseases/disorders 
• Have stable renal function for the past month
• Have eGFR between:
  • 15.0 to 29.9 mL/min, inclusive for subjects with severe RI, or
  • 30.0 to 59.9 mL/min, inclusive for subjects with moderate RI
• Not be pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to the study’s contraception requirements.

To qualify for this study, participants must NOT: 

• Have had fever or illness in the past week
• Have a history of organ or bone marrow transplantation
• Have had a prior renal transplantation or dialysis
• Have a history of abnormal heartbeats
• Have donated blood or blood product in the past 56 days
• Have a history of regular alcohol consumption in the past 6 months:
  • For female subjects: 7 drinks per week
  • For male subjects: 14 drinks per week
• Have a history of drug abuse
• Have Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV
• Have uncontrolled blood pressure
• Have Type 1 Diabetes or poorly controlled Type 2 Diabetes
