Are you actively working to manage your weight? Flourish Research – Chicago is looking for adults—with or without a diabetes diagnosis—who want to explore new approaches to weight management.

You may qualify if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are currently working to manage your weight
• May or may not have a diabetes diagnosis
• Are willing and able to attend study visits and follow study instructions
