High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol Self-Scheduler

Basic Criteria: 

• Be 18 – 75 years of age

• Diagnosed with high blood pressure and cholesterol (high LDL)

• Willing to attend regular study visits and follow procedures

Answers Must Be No: 

• Have you been told you have secondary high blood pressure (caused by another medical condition)?
• Do you often feel dizzy or faint when standing up?
• Have you had a heart attack, stroke, or major heart procedure in the past?
• Do you have severe kidney disease or are you on dialysis?
• Do you have active liver disease or significant liver problems?
• Have you used PCSK9‑targeted cholesterol injections in the past 3 months?
• Have you used siRNA‑based cholesterol treatments (such as inclisiran) in the past 12 months?
• Are you currently participating in, or still in follow‑up for, another clinical research study?
• Have you been hospitalized for uncontrolled high blood pressure in the past year?
• Do you have Type 1 diabetes or poorly controlled Type 2 diabetes?
• Have you been diagnosed with serious heart rhythm problems?
• Do you have active cancer or were you treated for cancer within the last 5 years (except certain skin or cervical cancers)?
• Do you have a history of drug or alcohol abuse within the past 5 years?
• Are you pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study?

Answers Must Be Yes 

• Are you 18 to 75 years old?
• Have you been told by a doctor that you have high blood pressure (hypertension)?
• Have you been told by a doctor that you have high cholesterol (high LDL)?
• Is your blood pressure still elevated, even though you are on treatment or lifestyle changes?
• Are you taking no more than two blood pressure medications, and have they been at the same dose for at least 4 weeks?
• Are you taking a cholesterol‑lowering medication (such as a statin) and have been on a stable dose for at least 4 weeks?
• Are you willing to attend regular study visits over several months?
• Are you willing to have blood tests, blood pressure checks, and injections as part of the study?
• Are you able to provide informed consent to participate?
