Qualified participants must:

Basic Criteria 

• Are you 55 to 75? 

• If female, are you no longer of childbearing potential (postmenopausal 12 months or surgically sterile? 

Answers Must Be No 

• Are you diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, any other dementia or Mild Cognitive Impairment? 

• Do you have any neurological, psychiatric or medical conditions associated with long-term significant cognitive impairment such as Parkinson’s Disease? 

• Do you have a known genetic marker (from testing) for Alzheimer’s Disease? 

• Have you had a head injury that caused you to have memory loss? 

• Are you related to anyone that is employed at CTT? 

 

Answers Must Be Yes 

• Are you willing to have an MRI and PET scan? (there is no cost to the participant) 
• Do you have an adult study partner who can accompany you to Screening or specified study visits who has weekly (in person/phone/virtual) contact with you? (No Study Partner is required for Pre-screening). 

 

Compensation up to $320 may be available for time and travel. 

 

Insurance is not required.
