Depression Self-Scheduler

To qualify for this study, participants must:

• Be 18 to 65 years old
• Have a BMI between 18 – 40 kg/m2 (Click here to calculate)
• Be willing to use an acceptable form of birth control
• Have a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) without psychotic features (hallucination or delusional thinking), be currently depressed, or have symptoms of depression
• Not have a history of any of the following:
  • Bipolar disorder or depression, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bulimia, anorexia nervosa, persistent neurocognitive disorder, or panic disorder
• Not have systolic blood pressure of 150 mm Hg or higher or diastolic blood pressure of 95 mm Hg or higher
• Not have had a history of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder in the past 3 years
• Not have a history of Borderline or antisocial personality disorder
• Not have had a psychiatric hospitalization due to a current depressive episode
• Not have a clinically significant risk of suicide, harm to self, or others
• Not have a history of a lack of response to previous treatment with Auvelity
• Not have a history of seizure disorder
• Not have unstable hypo- or hyperthyroidism
• Not have a known allergy to bupropion, dextromethorphan, or opioids
• Not have had a gastric bypass
• Not have had an active infection of HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C
• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Not have participated in 2 or more clinical studies (except COVID related studies) in the past year
