Qualified participants must:
Basic Criteria:
- Be ages 18 – 80 years old
- Have Black/African American or Hispanic descent
- Have one of the following:

- Coronary revascularization (also called a bypass)

- Coronary atherosclerosis (or narrowing of the arteries

- Carotid artery revascularization (a minimally invasive procedure to clear blockages)

- Carotid artery stenosis (narrowing of the carotid arteries)

- Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
- Have at least 1 risk factors for cardiovascular disease and be on treatment:
Answers Must Be No:
- Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?
- Do you have uncontrolled high blood pressure?
- Do you have a planned or expected cardiac, cerebrovascular, or peripheral surgery or coronary revascularization?
- Do you have heart failure?
- Do you have a severe illness expected to reduce your life expectancy to less than 5 years?
- Do you have a history of cancer within the past 5 years (except for skin or cervical cancer)?
- Do you have active liver disease or liver dysfunction?
- Do you have HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C?
- Have you been treated with an oligonucleotide or small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) in the past 9 months?
- Are you currently being treated with or plan to start treatment with lipoprotein apheresis?
- Have you used other investigational drugs or products in the past month?
Answers Must Be Yes
- Are you willing to use a highly effective form of birth control during the study and 4 months after study ends?
- If taking evolocumab, alirocumab or inclisiran are you stable for 12 weeks?
