Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) Self-Scheduler

To qualify for this research study, participants must: 

• Be 45 years old or older 
• Be overweight and have established Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) and/or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) 
• Have a BMI greater than or equal to 27.0 kg/m2 (Click to calculate) 
• Be willing to use a highly effective form of birth control  
• Not have Type 1 Diabetes or a history of diabetic ketoacidosis  
• Not have had one or more episode of severe hypoglycemia in the past 90 days 
• Not have had any of the following in the past 90 days: 
  • Heart attack, acute coronary syndrome, stroke,coronary, peripheral, or carotid artery arterial revascularization procedure, or heart failure 

• Not have received any form of dialysis in the past 90 days 
• Not have undergone a kidney transplant or have a transplant procedure scheduled 
• Not have had or plan to have a surgical treatment for obesity 
• Not have a history of chronic or acute pancreatitis 
• Not have a family or personal history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 
• Not have acute or chronic hepatitis, or any signs or symptoms of any other liver disease 
• Not have a history of cancer in the past 5 years (except skin, cervical, or prostate cancer) 
• Not have a history of an organ transplant or expecting to have an organ transplant 
• Not have participated in a clinical study involving an investigational study intervention within the last month
