Great Lakes Returning to BWe NEXT!
BWe NEXT Chicago (Black Women’s Expo) will be Friday, August 4 – Sunday, August 6 at McCormick Place, North Building!
BWe NEXT is the nation’s longest running (28 years!), most respected exposition for the African American consumers estimating to bring in a crowd of 25,000 – 30,000! This is the premiere event for all things that matter to the African American woman. This show is where women gather to share ideas, search for solutions to issues faced as a Black community, and showcase their small business products and services.
Great Lakes Clinical Trials will returning to BWe NEXT in partnership with Eli Lilly to screen volunteers over the age of 65 for the TRAILBLAZER ALZ-3 study and adults over 18 for the ACHIEVE-4 study. TRAILBLAZER ALZ-3 will be screening for p-tau, a biomarker of Alzheimer’s disease and ACHIEVE-4 will be screening for diabetes and heart disease risk in volunteers that may be overweight.
BWe NEXT will be held in Hall B located in the North Building at McCormick place. Find this red bus at Booth#202 to get screened for either study over the weekend!
